Nine out of ten delays start in the file, not on the press. Send artwork that follows these and your job moves straight to proof.
No design file? Send whatever you have, a Word document, a photo of the old card, a logo from your supplier, and we will tell you exactly what is missing.

| Safe margin | Keep text and logos at least 4 mm inside the trim line. |
| Fonts | Outlined or embedded, so nothing gets substituted on our side. |

Questions we get asked.
What file should I send you?
A print ready PDF in CMYK with 3 mm bleed is ideal. If that sentence means nothing to you, send the file you have and we will sort out the rest before quoting.
Will the printed colours match what I see on screen?
Not exactly, and no printer can promise that. A monitor makes colour from light, a press makes it from ink, so bright screen blues and greens always shift. We work in CMYK from the start and show you a proof, which is the only reliable way to see where a colour will land.
Can I get a small quantity?
Yes. That is what digital printing is for. There is no printing plate to pay for, so short runs stay sensible, and reprinting later with an updated phone number or price is straightforward.
How quickly can you turn a job around?
Tell us the date you need it when you send the job. Turnaround depends on the format, the finishing and the stock, so we confirm a realistic date with the quote rather than after you have committed.
Do I see a proof before you print?
Always. Nothing goes on press without your approval. It is the cheapest step in the whole process and it catches the mistakes that are expensive to catch later.
I only have a logo and no design. Can you still help?
Send what you have, along with the text you want on the piece. We will tell you straight away whether the logo is usable at print size or whether it needs redrawing first.
